The Story

Founded in 1927, Santa Teresita needed to revamp its brand and update its online presence. They wanted a new website that was easy to navigate for an older demographic, with an easy to use content management system due to the large catalog of products. The website also had to have multiple languages.

The Process

We are using a six-phase approach to advance and enhance the user experience for the statuary’s new website. These phases include: Discovery–we defined the site’s needs and goals; Research–we researched their target audience; Identify–we used the info to help create a brand identity; Prototype–we created a prototype website and copy for review and approval; Concept–we created the website and continue to make changes awaiting client approval before the final stage which is Test–helping Santa Teresita navigate their transition to e-commerce.

Results

So far, Santa Teresita is very happy with the new design and functions of the new website and we anticipate launch in the next few weeks.
